Once a children’s educator, she worked at a zoo as a tour guide for school field trips. After an incident where she was publicly accused of a putting the children in harm’s way, she snapped. Wishing for the people who took everything from her to be haunted by their greatest fear led her to creating her first monster.
After learning more about her ability, she created Karus out of her own fears. Karus is essentially a familiar that she created, whom she commands freely and most easily.
After spending lots of time with Karus, exposed to her fear, she developed a habit of making monsters out of people’s fears to enjoy how scared they get.
