The Overseer of Reality can be thought of as a class of individual who can freely manipulate vita, spatial essence and control The Palace.

It is also the highest level of power anyone can possess.

The Overseer has a sort of essence within them that is responsible for their power. It acts similarly to vita, however it must not be as although it can be freely manipulated, it can be removed from them safely or given to someone else.

However it is not a role that has responsibilities, in other words, The Overseer of Reality is not commanded to pursue any objective, such is freely up to their discretion.
