The Queen has been managing reality in a cruel and heartless fashion, not caring to alter what happens in any reality because she just finds The Flow to be so beautiful. (The idea would be to make the audience hate her because she would represent the horrible things that happen in life that a truly caring higher power would surely not allow.)
The story starts with Xia, who after witnessing so much tragedy at The Queen’s hands, decides she wants to take control and become the Overseer of Reality. Uncertain of how to do this, she decides to just try and kill The Queen. In her naiveté, The Queen agrees to let Xia try and take control, and Xia stabs her with a spear from behind, after a glowing light blinds her, she opens her eyes to find herself alone in the palace with deeply green colored vita surrounding her, slowly dispersing into the flow and filling it with a vibrant array of colors.
